It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Patrick Long (Germantown, Maryland), who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Ken Long and Christine Long; his siblings, Hannah Aiken (Chris), Andrew Long and Kevin Long; and his grandparents, Patricia Fatzinger, Mary Anne Long, Helen Fatzinger, Walter R. Fatzinger Jr. and Michael Long. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeVol Funeral Home (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Visitation Parish (14139 Seneca Rd, Germantown, MD 20874). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church Cemetery (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878).
