Shawnte Adams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shawnte Adams of Germantown, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2025 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shawnte Adams to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Roland Orr; her stepfather Carl Cooper; and her grandparents, Maryam Burnett, John Adams and Katherine Orr.
She is survived by: her mother Debra Adams Cooper; her sons, Joel and Justin Brown; her close friend Homie; and her siblings, Keishia Strahorn, Ashley Orr, Jeffrey Orr, Ebony Orr and Paris Orr. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Shawnte's memory to Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center.
