It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas C. Deckard of Germantown, Maryland, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Deckard and Charlotte Deckard; and his sister Patricia Spangler. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Hammond-Deckard; his sons, Thomas Scott Deckard (Jenna) and Matthew Todd Deckard (Shannayl); his stepdaughter Julie Anne Kim; his grandchildren, Maxwell Deckard, Finley Deckard, Koylen Deckard, Berkely Kim, Hayden Kim and Kiersten Deckard; and his siblings, Donald Deckard, Colleen Fickes (Dalton), Kate Reid (Doug) and Donna Deckard. He is also survived by his family, friends and neighbors.
