Levis Sr. of Germantown, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Carter and Kathryn Jackson Levis; and his brothers, Robert Carter Jr. and Charles Jackson. He is survived by : his wife Margaret; and his children, Debra, Wilson Jr., John, Victoria, Laura and Amy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
