Though John has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his father John William Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Elizabeth Ryan of Baltimore; his children, John "Jay" William Ryan IV (Jessica) and Erin Ryan Stamper (David); his granddaughters, Caeleigh and McKinley Stamper; and his brother Stephen Ryan (Cathy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Family-Owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Glen Meadows Retirement Community (11630 Glen Arm Rd, Glen Arm, MD 21057).
