He is survived by: his parent Lori Forsythe; his stepfather Samuel Helmick (Paula); his grandmother Shirley Johnston; his siblings, Jeff Kifer (Chrissy), Christopher Forsythe, Heather Helmick and Brittany Helmick (Juwan); his half-sister Christa Porche; and his nieces and nephews, Skylar Tongue, Bailey Kifer, Ryleigh Kifer, Noah Tongue, Davin Hicks-Tucker and Destin Hicks-Tucker.
