Neal; his children, Jinea Neal and Dean Neal, Jr.; his siblings, Melvin Neal (Jean), Jean Williams, Gordon Neal (Rose), Darlene Midgette (Wiredell), James Neal and Byron Neal; his aunts, Alice Reynolds, Ruth Collins, Helen Crowner, Mary Parker (Julius), Rosie Dorsey, Charlotte Green and Jessie Bowie; and his close friend Anita Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
