He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jerome Jacob and Deborah Ann Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Jacob of Glen Burnie; his sons, Jeremy T. Jacob (Allison) and Bryan N. Jacob; his siblings, Patrick M. Jacob, Lawrence W. Jacob and Mary Ellen Marseglia; and his grandson Nicholas J. Watson.
