He was predeceased by: his father John Bryson Thon, Sr.; and his sister Susan Thon. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Mae Thon (Kolenda); his mother Patricia Catherine Myers (Ryan); his daughters, Stephanie Givens (Eric) of Hanover, PA and Samantha Smith (Ryan) of Glen Burnie; his siblings, Scott Thon (Judy) of Rosedale, Karen Thon of Laurel and Leslie Bronstein of Essex; and his grandchild Madison. He is also survived by two nephews, a niece, and many dear friends and cousins.
