He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Toole, Sr. and Mariam O'Toole; and his brother Steven O'Toole. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Imwold, Martin O'Toole (late Linda), Susan Harris (John), Philip O'Toole and Paul O'Toole (Elsa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
