He is survived by: his father Mardella Myers-Lewis; his son Kenneth Lewis III (Shauntise); his siblings, Logan Lewis, Maya Lewis (Calvin) and Kwame Lewis; his granddaughter Nyla Lewis; his niece Kayla Lewis; and his nephew Chase Davis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
