He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Willis and Victoria Willis. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette E. Willis; his children, Daniel L. Willis, Deborah W. Balles (Phillip) and Cynthia L. McGrail (Mark); and his grandchildren, Ryan McGrail, Christopher Balles, Claire McGrail, Michael Balles and Sarah Balles.
