It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Ann Blazek of Glen Burnie, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Carl; her sons, David Blazek (Hope) and Chad Blazek Sr. (Jannie); and her grandchildren, Meaghan, Jordin and Chad Jr.. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made in Leslie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
