She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer L. Dougherty and Anna Dougherty; her husband Charles Dougherty; and her daughter Joyce Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Kramer (Frank) of Crofton, MD; and her grandchildren, Wendy Sherman (Rob), Jeff Kramer (Carrie), Greg Novak (Susan), Michael Corder (Ashlee) and Samantha Phillips. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
