We announce the death of Markus Ray Thompson (Glen Burnie, Maryland), who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 25. He is survived by: his mother Amy Lynn Battle (Thompson) of Millersville; his friends, Ricky, Gage, Marcus and Luke; his siblings, Aaron Dwayne Morgan, Destinee Kiara Thompson, Brooklynn Lee Battle and Makenzie Raye Battle; and his grandparents, Philip Ray Thompson and Dixie Lee Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Markus' memory to any local animal shelter.
