He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harry Blades and JoAnn Blades; and his brother Ricky Blades. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Kush, Fawn McMahon and Allysa McMahon; his stepdaughter Mary Sine; his siblings, Keith Blades and Robin Edmondson; and his niece Auburn Mellon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
