He is survived by: his children, Robert Clarke of Glen Burnie, Cynthia Goodnow of Tennessee and Pamela Bowman of Florida; and his siblings, Herbert Clarke of Maryland and Joan Clarke of Delaware. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
