He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Deaton and Barbara Deaton; and his daughter Heather Deaton. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Deaton; his children, Sarah Brown (Al Brown) and Robert Deaton, III; and his siblings, Bruce Deaton, Tim Deaton and Debbie Deaton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
