She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestine Matilda Galloway and Russell Burnell Siggers; her brothers, Russell, Arnold, Gerald, Timothy, Ronald, Phillip, Clyde and Arthur; her son David Russell Hall; and her great grandchild Zoey Ava Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jean Pulliam (Kenneth Sr.) of Bear, John Ronald Hall Sr. (Bridget) of Severn, Joseph Kevin Hall Sr. (Anna) of Glen Burnie, Valerie Hall of Brooklyn and Jeanne Hall of Glen Burnie, Maryland; and her siblings, Samoa Green, Brenda Manning, Delphine Williams, Florence Chapman, Teena Siggers, Lynda Siggers, David Siggers and Michael Siggers. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, granddaughter- and grandson-in-laws, other relatives and dear friends.
