She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Bowers (Alvey) and William Howard Bowers; her siblings, Edna Mae Peregory and William Howard Bowers, Jr. (Skip); and her sons, Donald Lee Roy Bailey and William Vernon Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Carolyn Bolton of Baltimore and Margaret Ann Elliott (Russell) of Ridgeley, WV. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
