She is survived by: her children, Robert Wayne Puckett II (Leah) of Glen Burnie, Sydney Rae Puckett of Glen Burnie and George Johnson of Glen Burnie; her pet Gabby; her siblings, Dawn Lynn Klekotka (Mark) of Pasadena, Kenneth Gilbert Dean (Kathy) of DeLand and Robin Bruce Dean of Buffalo; and her granddaughters, Ava Marie Puckett and Sadie Grace Puckett.
