He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecila Turpin Hall and Charles Hall; his siblings, Phyllis Potter, Marion Turpin and Robert "Bobby" Hall; and his son Jerone Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Delilah; his children, William Jr. (Pat) of Vienna, MD, Tyrone (Elaine) of Glenarden, MD and Lois (Kevin) of Upper Marlboro, MD.; and his friends, Shirley Watson, Kevin Ames and Delores Pinder. He is also survived by 41 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
