He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Deener Hopkins and Samuel Deener; and his siblings, Donna Deener, Gene, Eddie and Terry Deener.
He is survived by: his sister Pat Seaton of Glenn Dale, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gasch's Funeral Home (4739 Baltimore Ave, Hyattsville, MD 20781). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Of the Brethren Cemetery (2335 Boteler Rd, Brownsville, MD 21715).
