He was predeceased by : his parents, James Dugan and Margaret Dugan; his wife Sandra Lynne McCullough "Sandy"; and his sisters, Joan Meng and Eileen Dintamen.

He is survived by : his brother John Patrick Dugan "Pat"; his children, Kathryn (Brian Nejedlo), Margery (Scott Blancke), Timothy and Colleen (Trampas Ferree); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Caroline, Matthew, Presley and Lee.
