He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Anna; his sisters, Mary Pat and Barbara; and his nephew Jay Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Louise Enright; his children, Kimberly, Wendi, Donald II (Amy) and Thomas [Alice]; his grandchildren, Shannon [Jeremy], Tara [Josh], Patrick [Ashley], Matthew, Mark [Lindsay], Daniel, Megan, Sean, Grace, Charlotte and Vivian; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Logan, Delia, Keillor, Harper, Evelyn and Lillian.
