She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Leroy Reter; her mother Veda Elizabeth; and her brother Charles J. Schutte. She is survived by: her children, Vicki M. Yarnell (Patrick), Brad L. Reter (Kathy) and Suzanne V. Brown (John); her grandchildren, Sheena Housman (Brian), Sean Yarnell (Katie), Shannon Yarnell, Steve Bowers, Joseph Reter (Maddie Moritz), Andrew Reter, Kristina and Kevin Brown; her sister-in-law Nancy Stocksdale; and her great grandchildren, Keira, Olyvia, Aida, Avery, Aubrey, Ashlynn, Landon, Blake and Alayna.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 63 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, Maryland 21071.
