He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Holden and Elizabeth Cannon Holden; his daughter Pamela Mosley; and his siblings, David Holden, Harry Holden and Sandy Schaffner.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Holden; his daughter Tracey Baker (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kyle Terrell-Drake, Stephen Cook, Paige Cook, Max Baker, Alex Baker, Sydney Baker and Tracey Mosley; and his siblings, Wayne Holden, Allan Holden, Bertha Mae Longfellow and Nancy Faye Culberson. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
