She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Blake and Goldie Blake (Kendall); and her brothers, James, Frank and Burdette.
She is survived by: her sisters, Doreithea Housel (Blake), Shirley Baer (Blake) and Evelyn Mosser (Blake); her daughter Roxann Crissinger (Jeff); and her granddaughter Kaitlyn Crissinger (Rylan Thomson) of Strasburg, CO.. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
