He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Hackett (Anthony) and Holly Metheny (Richard); his brothers, Roger Neil Resh and Gary Resh (Sherry); his brother-in-law Edward Crowe; his grandchildren, Ashley Warnick (Scott), Tyler Sanner and Alexis Sanner; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Eli, Sadie and Abraxas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
