He was predeceased by : his parents, Hayward Broadwater and Lillie Broadwater (Guinn); his wife Norma Jean Broadwater (Butler); and his siblings, Robert, Guinn Broadwater and Florence Klotz.
He is survived by : his children, Glenn Broadwater (Linda) and Darlene Fletcher (James) of Frostburg, MD; and his stepdaughter Mary Ellen Beitzel of Bittinger, MD. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
