Lena Beachy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2025, at the age of 98, Lena Beachy of Grantsville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Tice and Mary Tice (Yoder); her husband Alvin Beachy; her siblings, Edna Kinsinger Beachy, Sarah Tice and Henry Tice; and her grandson Harland Miller.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Robert Beachy (Elsie) of Hyndman, PA, Miriam Miller, Lois Yoder (Danny) of Charlotte, NC, Martha Ackerman of Meyersdale, PA and Judith Kemerer (Rodney) of Lawrence, PA; and her sisters, Verda Tice of Grantsville, Martha Beachy of Grantsville, Rachel Wolfe of Grantsville and Miriam Bender. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Mennonite Church (1154 St Paul Rd, Salisbury, PA 15558).
