She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ross Rhoads and Lillie Rhoads (Runkle); and her husband Paul Lincoln Stough. She is survived by: her son Scott David Stough (Terry) of Friendsville, MD; her grandchildren, Dustin Paul Stough (Sarah) of Oak Hill, WV and Cara Jo Stough (Fabian); and her great grandchildren, Daniel and Julius.
