He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Elroy Sechler; and his grandparents, Elmer, Bessie Sechler (Marker), Ernest and Phyllis Leister (Hoffman).
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Sechler (Leister); his wife Sheri Lynn Sechler (Yommer); his children, Christian Sechler, Morgan Shaffer (Matthew) of Oakland, MD, Evan Sechler and Luke Sechler (Madison Shaffer) of Cumberland, MD; his siblings, Janet Arnold (Mark), Jeff Sechler (Julie), Sherri Marker (Larry) and Mark Sechler (Janine); and his grandchildren, Mason, Colton, Gracelynn Sechler and Rylee Shaffer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church (8978 Mason - Dixon Hwy, Boynton, PA 15532). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
