We announce the death of Shirley Rose Baker of Grantsville, Maryland, who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank B. Johnston and Mildred H. Johnston (Comp); her husband Floyd Walter Baker; her son Blair Baker; her grandson Christopher Steven Warnick; and her siblings, Franklin L. Johnston, C. William Edward Johnston, Howard M. Johnston and Hazel Audrey Jean Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Baker, William Howard Baker and Marcia Ellen Warnick; her foster daughter Vickie Durst; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Brandon, Jamie, Pamela, Timothy, Andrew, Nathan, Jessica, Alex, Patrick, Ashley, Matthew, Jeremy, Elena, Donald, Shane and Shawn. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
