He is survived by: his siblings, Charles David Fazenbaker, Clay Conrad Fazenbaker and Evelyn Virginia Lukas; his children, Samantha Guthrie and Webster Lee Fazenbaker; his grandchildren, Keara and Hunter Albright; and his sisters, Mary Fazenbaker, Susan Marie Durst (Matthew) and Linda (Robert Wilburn).
