She was predeceased by: her parents, Willett M. Riley and Martha J. Riley (Peterman). She is survived by: her husband Ted Rissell; her children, Kevin Rissell (Stephanie Hawtof) of Oakland and Kathy Rubel (Dan) of Glenshaw; and her grandchildren, Beth Rubel of Madison and David Rubel of Newark, Delaware..
