She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Richter and Eleanor L. Richter (Younkin); her husband Wayne E. Collier; her daughter Patricia Ann Collier; her granddaughter Bethany Marie Savage; her siblings, C. Michael Richter and Shelby Jean Richter; and her brothers-in-law, Clyde Tressler and Everett Hare.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Collier of Meyersdale, PA and Nancy Savage; her siblings, William G. Richter (Betty), Elaine D. Tressler, LaDonna Hare McKenzie (Robert) and E. Susan Reebel (Bill) of Orlando, FL; and her sister-in-law Julie Richter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (179 Miller St, Grantsville, MD 21536). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (102 N Main St, Accident, MD 21520).
