He is survived by: his fiancée Emily Riser; his pets, Arlo, Echo, Harley, Nemo and Milkshake; his mother Kathleen Phan; his stepfather Thang Phan; his father Craig Belcher; his brothers, Adam and Ben Belcher; his half-sister Grace Phan; and his grandparents, Linda and Charlie Poff. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as many extended family members, colleagues, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fraternal Order of Police, Prince George's County, Lodge 89 in honor of Police Officer First Class Alex Belcher's service.
