It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amber Rosetta Joy of Great Mills, Maryland, born in Leonardtown, Maryland, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Larry Antolin Joy. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Paul Joy of Chaptico, MD and Flora Thomas Laungayan Joy of Great Mills, MD.; her children, Anthony T. Thompson, Jr. and Abbigaile L. Thompson of Hollywood, MD; her siblings, Brandy Cecelia Bowles (Thomas) of Hollywood and Allan Michael Joy of Knoxville, TN; her grandparents, Clara Rosetta Joy of Hollywood, MD and Manuel A. Laungayan (Pop-Pop) of Laurel, DE; her siblings' children, Landon, Trevor, Aaron, Emma, Cadence, Avorie and Allan; her uncle David DeLozier; her cousin Thomas Bowles; her brother-in-law Kenny Lee; her cousin Manuel T Laungayan Jr.; and her grandfather Pop Pop. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
