She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Parutta and Giovanna Oclen Parutta; and her siblings, Alberto Parutta and Maria Xhanjanka. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Hood; her children, Cynthia Hood of Avenue, MD and Patrick Hood (Kimberli) of Cobb Island, MD.; and her grandchildren, Destiny Alvey, Ryan Alvey, Seth Hood, Diego Martinez and Ayriauna Hood.
