With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Raymond Hmieleski of Great Mills, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Joseph Hmieleski and Evelyn Koscielniak Hmieleski; his daughter Susan Lynn Jacobs; and his grandson Isaac Hmieleski. He is survived by: his wife Joan R. Hmieleski; his sons, Robert Raymond Hmieleski of Advance, NC and Joseph Ignatius Hmieleski; his children-in-law, Binita Kwankin of Highland Park, IL and Andrew Jacobs of Rehoboth Beach, DE.; and his grandchildren, Seth, Sarah and Matthew Jacobs.
