She is survived by: her mother Yvonne Stover (Frank); her sons, Ramon Outin and Brandon Outin (Tiffany); and her siblings, Kimberly Witcher (Carlos) and Wayne Outin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Paul Baptist Church (6419 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
