He was predeceased by: his parents, George LeCompte and Beulah Short LeCompte. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane LeCompte of Greensboro; his children, Virginia Porter (Chuck) and Rick LeCompte (Dawn) of Greensboro; his granddaughter Jennifer Becke (Jesse) of Greensboro; and his brother William LeCompte (Elaine) of Greensboro.
