She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dennis Mills, James Mills Jr. and Thelma Stickell; and her parents, Thelma Mills and James Mills Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Charles Broseker; her daughters, Elizabeth "Lisa" Betterly (Tim) and Amy Kerins (Chris); her siblings, Gloria Clark, Joseph Mills Sr. (Janis) and Rose Bennett; her grandchildren, Julia Young, Christian Bergstrazer (Kayla), Casey Kerins McCue (Jesse), Carrie Kerins, Marissa Kerins, Bethany Neccari (Freddy), Emily Kilmon and Jacob Kilmon; her great grandchildren, Melody, Darla, Ember, Rylee, Lillian, Callie and Lailya; and also Peggy Secrist (Carl).
