It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kate B. Breeding of Greensboro, Maryland, who passed away on April 17, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Bishop Sr. and Elnora Richard Bishop; her husband Ray; and her siblings, Leroy Bishop, Edger Bishop, Louis Bishop, Edith Melvin, Ellen Mackey, Milton Bishop, George Bishop, Alice Bishop, Priscilla Bishop, Oscar Bishop Jr. Jacob Bishop and Elnora Jackson.

She is survived by: her children, Faye Harris (Kenny), Alan Breeding (Joy), Dawn Pearce (Joel), Glen Breeding (Janine) and Sara Darling (Billy); and her caregiver Mary Sellers. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren.
