She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jennifer "Mickey" Ashley and Reggie Ashley; and her nephew Kyle Washburn. She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Mowbray; her children, Jennifer (Denny), Aaron Coleman (Tricia) and Zachary Emillio (Abby); her grandchildren, Caydence, Kloie, Manny, Brycen, Finley, Nash, Anthony and Olivia; her parents, Joyce Lynch (Francis "Frank" Lynch) and William Washburn (late Jean); her siblings, Tracy Washburn (Jen), Michael "Glen" Lynch and Karen O'Neal; her siblings' children, Elizabeth Klingensmith (Kenny), Tracey Washburn (Trey) and Emily Peet; and her close friends, Theresa Lynch, Mindy Sewell, Anita Waters and Marian.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home (106 Shamrock Rd, Chester, MD 21619). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
