He is survived by: his wife Julia Walker Scudder; his children, Sophia Thomas (Gary) of Mountain Top, PA, Marie Scudder of Greensboro, William Scudder, Jr. of Seaford, James Scudder (Susan) of Federalsburg, Elizabeth Langley (Aaron) of Federalsburg and Robert Scudder (Ruth) of Nicholson, PA; his siblings, Peggy Bowden of Salisbury, Jean Zimmerman of Ohio, Sue Dunn (Buddy) of Harmony, Edna Hanley (Robert) of Greenwood, John Scudder of Federalsburg and Joan Powell of Federalsburg; and his pet Charlie Dino. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Framptom Funeral Home (216 N Main St, Federalsburg, MD 21632). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
