She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Watkins and Edna Watkins; and her husband Don. She is survived by: her brother Daniel Watkins of Hagerstown; her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Richards (Andi) of Rockville, Elliot Richards (Susann) of Chambersburg and Susannah Hoffman (Eric) of Chambersburg; and her grandchildren, Ethan Richards, Joanna and Nathan Hoffman.
