He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Harvey Bell Boyd and Frank Adams; his stepparents, Gilford "Juma Oris" Bell and James Boyd; his stepbrother Don Boyd, Sr.; his sisters, Sylvia Bell and Sharon Boyd Eaves; his grandparents, John M. Harvey, Grace Taylor Clark Harvey, Roscoe Clark, Sr., Noah and A. Lettie Adams; his uncle Roscoe Clark, Jr.; his aunts, Pearl Williams and Malinda Brown; David Williams, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Bell, Jr. (Delores) and Serena Bell; his grandchildren, Anthony Bell, III (Kieisha), Danielle Gay (Darren), Dirren Bell (Takaila) and Randi Woodson (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Darren, Jr., Dashaun, Nakasha, Trey, Jordan, Moriyah, Grace, Maleyah, Liam, Noah, Avery, Daniel and Matteo; his sister Maxine Troy; and his uncle Richard Clark.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greater Campher Temple (125 Bethel St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
