He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Gambrill Oyster and Dorothy Mable Oyster (Dinger); his wife Barbara Ann Oyster; and his daughter Karen Lynn Moats. He is survived by: his children, Linda Sue Sies (Gary), Jeffery Thomas Oyster (Marie) and Todd William Oyster (Karen); his grandchildren, Jennifer Blankenship, Laura Lancaster, Kayla Mackrell, Jennifer Donius, Kristin Boyd, Jessica Halverson, Morgan Morris, Danielle Unger, Andrew Oyster, Joshua Moats, Brandon Oyster, Caroline Harp and Rachel Moats; and his brother Richard H. Oyster. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren.
